Barrel-fermented sparkling saison ale with Pinot Noir grapes, apples, and honey
It’s a blend of collabs for a super collab! Blending our Pinot Pop collaboration with Homage Brewing and our Apple Pop collaboration with Cellador Ales with a traditionally Terreux blending treatment, we co-created this uniquely sparkling ale. Pinot Apple Pop delivers slight earthy tones from Pinot Noir grapes balanced with fruit essence of apples, finishing with honey sweetness. Barrel fermentation-developed slight spice and funky characters round out this bright and lively saison. Pop the top and enjoy!

Reserve Society: pours orange with a white head. Aroma is winy, apple, saison straw. Taste is slightly tart. Winy. Some ambiguous fruitiness.
