Tart honey ale with peaches, pineapples, and rosemary
Fire up the barbecue— we’re grillin’ up another funky imperial sour. We added house-smoked peaches, pineapple, rosemary, with just a touch of honey for a light, funky, fruity ale, perfect for an evening with friends and a nice evening over a hot grill.

Bottle @ HJ Hansen Tasting, Odense. Pours Cloudy Golden with a White head. Peach and rosemary. Smokey notes. Earthy. Lovely peaches. But why add the other stuff.

Bottle: pours orange/golden with small head. Aroma. Is peach and pineapple and vinegar. Minimal smoky feel but not like a rauchbier. Taste is vinegary, acidic, tart. Very fruity. Not pleasant to drink.
