A dry, hop forward pilsner, based in the brewing tradition of northern Germany. After a single decoction mash, northern brewer and perle hops are boiled for 75 minutes to release their more volatile aromas and integrate a firm, refreshing bitterness into the beer. Bottle conditioned with Krausen.

On tap at Jenkintown brewery. Pale gold color. Frothy white head. Nice lacing. Fresh herbal hop bouquet. Mineral malt base. Flavor is a firm malty backbone leading to a crisp, dry, spicy hop showcase. Complex and spicy. Outstanding, despite what PhillyCraft might say.

Bottle, courtesy of mansquito. Pours gold with a frothy white head. Grain, floral, elderflower, lime zest, plum. Medium body. Nice.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with medium white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is toasted grain and earth. Slick body, citrus, grain, light finish, very good.

Bottle (green) from The Haus: pours pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is grainy, grassy, slightly green bottle vegetal. Taste is lightly bitter, grainy, low sweeetness. Solid.
