This sour Gose style ale was innoculated with Goodbelly probiotic juice, soured over 72 hours and fermented with our house Kveik yeast strain. Tart, complex, rustic, a little fruity and balanced with a touch of himalayan pink salt.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
On tap at the brewery. Tart, lemon, saline, grain, clean bright funk, hint of dough in the finish. Medium body. Good.

A hazed blonde gose with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light lemony notes, ok. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
