Snallygaster. Pours pink orange. Funk, intense funk, grain, strawberry, barnyard. Medium body. Good.

Pinkish, no head. Has a fun aroma, and on the palate, it’s tart, has a mellow strawberry note, sort of a cleaner sour note. There’s a hint of something phenolic...it’s subtle but once you pick it up you just keep tasting it.

On tap at Wolves & People, pours a cloudy bright reddish amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh strawberries, dry hopping, and farmhouse funk. Flavour is super fresh, with loads of tart and juicy strawberries. Man, that fruit is wonderfully incorporated. Fresh and fruity all round with perfect puckering tartness. Excellent.
