Bottle share at Orange & Brew. Just like that, a sample from this very elusive brewer pops up! A little reddish brown pour with some foam at the edge. Indeed, there's a Cabernet smell that's a nice break from all these barrel aged stouts. Taste is sprtizy and tart, but keeps a nice light red wine note going all the way through. Must just have been agreed in a fresh break, as there's not much more of anything else besides the saison and wine.

On tap at Half Acre. Pours a clear purple with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has strong red wine notes with some tart grapes and oak supporting. Flavor has dry red wine and a hint of earthy flora with an oaky finish.
