Some grade a oj on this Friday night. Bitter, juicy, brilliant. Some NHL action on this quiet Friday. Thanks Steve for the swap.

HMS in his HSV days. 🇰🇷

Can, courtesy of Chris D. Pours hazy opaque yellow orange. Grapefruit, peach, lemon, tangerine, melon. Nice soft body. Excellent.

Pours a hazy, glowing orange-banana color, with mid-sized head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit, some pine. Flavor is citrus and tropical fruit, with a moderate level of hoppy bitterness in the finish. Very soft mouthfeel.

Tewks draught, 8/13/23. A glass of pulpy OJ. Huge citrus-pine-mango. Like a mix of haze and Julius. Cracker and white bread malts seem dry, supportive. Light, bright tropical fruit and melon. Clean, no alcohol noted. Soft, quite bitter up front with a melon rind and lightly punchy/resinous pine. Malts definitely mitigate, but this is still heavily American-hopped with some high alpha and C hop like character. The pillowy soft malts save it, but this isn't the beer I was looking for. Just very much off the punchy, rind-like melon-pine combo. Acid, woodiness, cracker, biscuit lingering. Strong. Getting worse as it warms/breathes.
