Pint can courtesy of Explosive dog. Thanks. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head that soon recedes to a fine film. The aroma is funky with brett and sour fruits. The taste is pleasantly sour/tart with sour apples and raspberries. The palate is light ands crisp with prickly carbonation. Finishes long with lingering sour berries and some acidity. Overall: Decent enough, but the lingering acidity blew it. Paired well with a farmhouse cheese.

Can. Pours gold. Apple, raspberry, pear, tart funky cider, blackberry, hefty funk, plenty of tartness. Medium body. Really nice.
