Bottle on the train during the Isle of Wight Jolly. Pours rich brown with a creamy khaki head. The aroma has light diaper, tangy dark malts, grapes. Light sweet flavor with mild brett infection, slight roasted malts, dried and leathery fruits. Light bodied with average carbonation and creamy texture. Nice, lightly bretty finish with soft earthy bitterness, cocoa, leather and burnt grass. Good one, albeit perhaps not altogether as intended.

Bottle - Slight sour blackberry and some light roast.  Jet brown with a decent brown head.  Some malty roast, slightly acidic and some yeasty notes.  Interesting.

Bottle thanks to James during the IoW Jolly. It pours darkest brown with a decent beige head. The nose is roasted malt, toast, earth, mild berry, light acidity and cocoa. The taste is smooth, roasted malt, toast, creaminess, berry, earthy (almost brett-like) and a touch of acidity with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Soft, easy going and very drinkable.

Cask. Smooth and dark beginning. Bramble-fruity dark hints. Hints of sourness, not too much and easy to drink. Smooth, not too sweetish. Dry with a nice bitterness. The aftertaste is smooth, dry-bitter with roasted hints, still a bit fruity. Nice.

Cask @ The Moon Under Water, Wolverhampton before watching Derren Brown. Felt the pump clip was a bit deceiving as I couldn’t detect any blackberry juice whatsoever, and I do like a bit of blackberries in my beer (Offbeat’s blackberry mild is ace). That said, this is still alright. The chocolate malts do have an influence alongside a smooth, moderately sweet easy-drinking quality.

Aroma is dry and woody. Flavour is initially bitter with a solid, tart, fruity bitterness in the finish.

500ml bottle from Beer Hawk - Black body, tan head. sweet and roast nose with forest fruits notes and brown sugar. Nice balanced flavour between the roasted malt, cocoa and burnt sugar of the stout and the mulberry, blackberry, cherry fruitiness. A very nice beer.
