We brewed this beer collaborating with our friends at the beautiful Duration Brewing in Norfolk, UK. We started with a base of barley and rye malts from @DeerCreekMalt, layered some British hops, and fermented with our Foraged Yeast Culture.
Duration brewed a version of this beer a couple weeks back, where they used malt local to their brewery, their house Belgian yeast, and a blend of American hops. Pretty neat to see a similar vision played out with each brewery’s terroir and character.
In our version of A Shared Sky, we’re finding notes of prime honeysuckle, magnolia blossoms, pear seltzer, Juicy Fruit Gum, and an austere vanilla custard.

16 ounce can from Forest & Main Brewery. Clear, honey gold pour. Rocky white head. Spotty lacing. Floral aroma hints at honeysuckle and fresh cut flowers. Flavor is soft and amiable. Sweet honey, farmhouse funk, fresh hay and lemon zest. Some minerality and peppery hops on backend. Quite refreshing.

Can from my brother: pours slightly hazy with golden body and white head. Aroma is straw, sort of fruity, some mineral. Taste is a little bittle, somewhat sweet. Straw notes.
