Made with sea salt and freshly-cracked coriander, this ale was stainless steel fermented with yeast native to our farm and patiently acidified. It was then transferred to oak barrels to age in our cellar for over a year. We’d like to think the approach might be similar to some of the batches made in that small German town on the banks of the Gose river.

Bottle, at share, thanks to Ryan. Pours gold. Tart, lime, lightly salty, floral, white grape, funky cider stuff. Nice spritzy body. Good.
