0,5 l bottle from Trinkgut, Hohenlimburg. BB 04/26. Mid golden in the glass, one finger white head. Grassy grainy caramel aroma. Taste is more on the caramel side and grain in the second row. Mid bitterness, mid carbonated. Easy drinker. Okay.

Bottle 0,5 ltr: Clear golden coloured brew with an sweet start and the dry bitterness takes over. Hints of lemon and some caramel.

Soft milky and malty aroma. Medium bodied with a soft bitterness, also in the aftertaste. Solid, but uneventful beer.

Sampled from 0.5 l bottle from ’Rudat’, best before March 2018. Clear, golden yellow with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy aroma of grains and some straw. Quite sweet, moderately bitter, slightly grassy taste of mainly grains and some straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grassy and a bit metallic finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Easily drinkable, not too bad.

Stereotypical Dortmunder with irregular, snow white, not very stable head and clear golden blonde colour. Malt sweetness, rather delicate, mild aromatic hops; soft and elegant palate, drying in the end with some more hop bitterness than I am used to in this style. Simple but well-balanced and refreshing.

Yellow color, low head. Sweet malty aroma, some hop notes. Flavor is malty, light to medium sweet, dry hopped. Astringent, light bitter finish. Common and boring.

Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of citrus, yeast, minerals, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and hops, leading to a dry bitter finish. Thanks KimJohansen for sharing.
