Dank west coast aromas over a clean, dry pilsner base. We brewed this west coast style pils with all austrailian/new zealand ingredients: cooper’s malt, nelson, rakau, and pacifica hops. We started with a single decoction mash and low alpha pacifica in the kettle, fermented low and slow, then dry hopped with all three hop varieties. Brewed in collaboration with Emperess Rising, and Bonn Place specially for decibel fest.

Tap at the brewery taproom Philadelphia PA. A clwer golden yeloow straw coloured pour with a lasting white froth. Aroma is nice pils, grass, earthy grains. Pine. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation.. Flavour is composed of resin, clean grains, grass, Nelson,, grass, firm pine. Super clean. Really drinakle.

Draught at source: pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is grapefruity, light pine. Taste is lightly bitter, citrusy, light body.
