A real guzzleable warm weather pub ale. We brewed this lil’ pubber with British Golden Promise and Crystal malt and hopped it sturdily with East Kent Goldings and Styrian Wolf. We get notes of some assertive breakfast biscuits, apricot jam, tamarind soda, wildflower honey, and knowing it’s about time to cut the grass.

Tap at bottle bar East Philadelphia PA. A light hazed amber orange coloured pour with a lasting loose off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, dusty earthy grains, hay, grass z mineral grass, mineral. Flavour is composed of semi sweet pricky seltzer, grass, light dried grass, mineral. Palate is super crisp, mineral, abrasive, light.
