Nitro Draft: Poured a dark black with a khaki head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, smoke. Taste is smooth roasted malts, chocolate, robust, dry finish.

Keg at Fifth Hammer, Long Island City, 12/04/23. Black with a good sized khaki head, good lacing ensues. Nose is dried fruit rinds, cocoa powder, dark malts, light charr. Taste comprises chocolate biscuit, light roast, dusty hops, toffee, dried fruits. Medium bodied, fine massaging carbonation, drying close. Solid flavoursome stout.

On nitro at the brewery. Pours black with a long lasting tan nitro head. Chocolate, biscuit, herbal, red fruit. Smooth. Fine.

Tap at the brewery taproom long island. A cascading dark black brown coloured pour with a creamy beige head. Aroma is semi sweet. Nutty, hazelnut, woody roast, oats, toasted. Flavour is composed of semi sweet nutty malts, mellow ROAST, Toasted porridge, palate is semi sweet, creamy, rounded.. Great. Would happily have a pint.
