It's dark early in the Old Town this time of year. The cold, damp air cuts deep. Maybe it was here Gregor Samsa knew these same evenings. Walking across the Charles, the candlelight of a public house glows through old windows onto the cobblestones. Inside, a glass of malty respite on a chilly evening calls. As the door opens and heavy curtain is pulled back, a wave of warmth flushes out the cold. Greeted with head nods and a dark, roasty beer. It's that feeling. A bridge to the City of a Hundred Spires.

Made exclusively with craft malt from local farms. Layers of small batch kilned grains from Virginia balance a depth of complexity with drinkability.

Stainless steel fermented, naturally carbonated, tank lagered. 2 months in process.

Can. Poured a light cola color with a small white head. Aroma was bready, sweet malts. Light bread, some toffee, very light, clean. Easy to drink.

16oz can pours a murky, cola brown with plenty of sedimentary beige head. Nose has bread, malt, carob, some tootsie roll, some roasted root veg. Flavor is cream soda and pumpernickel bread, toffee, burnt parsnip, some light coffee. Finishes medium bodied, dry, bready. Tons of flavor in this.
