5,4% on the label. Bought at the brewery, 75 cl bottle, bottled nov ’04. Orange color, lasting frothy head. Orange and curacao in the aroma. Hopbitter flavor with some orange. Medium bodied. Somewhat herbal with hints of ginger. The gingery esters seem to be part of the house character of the yeast culture from this brewery, which is derived from Orval yeast, according to the brewer. Well made and tasty beer.
