Keg at Muted Horn, Berlin, 23/07/22. Moderately hazed reddish golden with a light beige cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is caramel, pine needle, dried fruit rinds, straw. Taste comprises dried red berries, caramel wafer, pine nip, straw, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spiked with dusty hop bitterness. Not bad.

(Draught at Muted Horn, Berlin, 30 July 2022) Reddish amber colour, slightly hazy, with creamy tan head. Malty, slightly roasted nose with toast, grain and apricot marmalade. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of toast, rye, apricots and a generous earthy bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Really tasty and well balanced. Like a hopped up red ale. Very nice.

440ml. can. @Quintela, Comarca de Sarria. 20/11/2022 [#5.664 Global - #1.195 Spain - #63 Cierzo Brewing Co.] Pours dark reddish with a big off-white head. Floaters. Aroma: resinous hops, sweet malts and orange zest. Taste: sweet pale malts, orange marmalade and dead resinous hops. Canned May 22. Next one please!
