hazy golden to orange colour, huge off-white head, which collapses however quite quickly; aroma of tangerine, watery peach, some pineapple, some orange peel oily, celery and caramel notes; well balanced bittersweet taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma and definite spicy celery-horseradish-like aftertaste; great one

Can, 400 ml, lot 22048, from, with and at Sébastien Bertrand (merci!), savoured on August 20, 2022; eye: caramel with a sandy hue, hazy, no effervescence, ring of beige head, slight lacing; nose: citric fruits, light lemon, tangerine, grapefruit zest, light acidity; mouth: citric fruits, light lemon, tangerine, grapefruit peel, light acidity, finale in tangerine with pink presence of grapefruit peel, medium body, average carbonation, slightly bitter, mildly sweet, slick texture; in summary: fine FRANÇAIS
