Bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light brett funk, light lemon, green beans, some woody notes. Taste is light sweet, grassy, faint funk, light citrus. An interesting beer in the days of NEIPAs. Looking forward to more!

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Cork & Cask. Pours lightly hazed orange-gold with a big, frothy white head. Great snout, some funk, grapefruit, a little poop, barnyard, brett, lemon peel. Lightly sweet with soft grassy bitterness, relaxed funky notes, nips of biscuits, minerality, citrus rind, tangerine, pale wood. Light bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Finishes with mild grassy bitterness, accents of wheat, some further funk, light woody dryness, hints of pine, citrus. Really nice overall.

Bottle from The Beerhive. Hazy golden body with a white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of garden peas and herbs. Flavour of honey and bitter tonic water. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. It’s good but doesn’t quite gel/sing enough to be amazing. A promising brew from an exciting new brewery.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden with a big fluffy white head and frantic bubbles. Nose - delicate pine, fresh herbs and green beans. Taste - bitter salad, dry green herbs and green beans. Palate - light bodied, long persistent finish with balanced bitterness. No funk on this one as far a I can get. Overall - elegant, beautiful beer. All about the beautiful balance rather than any fruity high points.
