Keg at the source. It pours clear golden with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, floral, grassy, slightly herbal, lemon verbena, twist of citrus, lemon parfait and biscuit. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, touch of bitterness, clean malt base, grassy, herbal, floral, twist of citrus and peppery spice with a drying finish. Average body and moderate carbonation. Well crafted. Quenching. Surprised me this one.

On keg at Uilebheist taproot in Inverness - clear pale gold body with no head. Floral nose with a bit of stewed hop. Sharp malty start with a little citrus kick. Excellent effort and ideal for the 25°c temperature.
