On tap at La Binouze, pours a hazy blonde with a tiny head. Aroma has coriander, salt and citric notes in good balance. Flavour is fairly citric, with saline, citrus and lacto being expressed. Not the most invigorating gose but it’s reasonable.

(Draught at Dynamo Bar de Soif, Brussels, 20 Oct 2023) Hazy pale yellow colour with brief, white head. Fruity nose with citrus, herbs, white bread and coriander. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of lemon, white bread, coriander, herbs and a slight saltiness in a finish with fairly low bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Refreshing and well balanced. Nice one.
