Sarao forma parte de una serie de tres cervezas muy fiesteras, junto con Jarana y Farra. Es una West Coast IPA de 6,7%, pero jugosa en boca, con lúpulos Centennial, Mosaic, Simcoe y Citra, para montarse un buen party.

Draft at home. Clear golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are malty citrus and slightly tropical. Light to slight bitter. Medium body.

Tap at Konttori. Hazy yellow color and small white head and lace. Slightly sweet fruity, even a bit grainy aroma. Light-bodied. Light fruits, pale and grainy malts in the flavour. Quite easy, too sweet fruity for being WCIPA but okish.

440 ml can. A hazy greenish yellow pour with a rocky off-white head. Aroma is quite low: pine cone, cedar, pine needle, resin. Mouth is dry, crisp, medium-bodied. Very bitter, long finish.

Draft, half pint. @O Bandullo, Compostela 03/04/2023 [#6.045 Global - #1.282 Spain - #46 Cervecera Península] Pours light hazed yellow with a white head. Good retention, mostly lacing. Aroma: grapefruit, dank and resin. Taste: citrus, grapefruit and resin. Medium bitterness. Long citrusy mouthfeel. Next one please!
