Bright and golden, a bounty of new zealand hop varietals – riwaka, nelson sauvin and kohatu inject aromas of white-wine, guava and passionfruit. The malt character is sweet and bready and ample enough to carry the hefty hopping and compelling bitter finish.

Keg at Tønne, Leicester. Golden and clear, with a small ring of white head and some visible carbonation. Light malty aroma with slight suggestions of white grape. Taste sweet and malt-led, grape and gooseberry notes, some gluey resin, a touch of sweat. The finish is drier with hay and a gentle medicinal character. Heavy carbonation. It's a bit all over the place, but ultimately quite enjoyable.
