Sein Aussehen ist ein sattes Gelb mit Orangentönen, viel vitaminreiche Hefe und cremig, kompakter Schaum. Im Aroma: Fruchtige Citrus- und dezente Bananentöne - erfrischend, prickelnder Gaumenstreichler. Mild, vollmundig, süffig, mit einer harmonischen Süße.

Bottle., from trade with MiP. It pours a hazy, orange-golden body under a creamy, white, finger-thick head. Nice lacings too. Banana, some cloves, sweetish malts and some hints of alcohol in the aroma. The flavor is sweet, with some wheat and cloves and a nice bitterness. Full-bodied and effervescent. The finish has a pleasant bitterness to cope with the sweetness. It lacks some citrus, but it certainly a nice beer. 090619

Botlle. Light citric and dry clove aroma. Cloudy yellow, huge creamy head. Fruity chewy base - its really a fruitsalad compared to most weissbier: banana, mango, pear. Vanilla, a hint bubblegum, otherwise light on the spices. Sweet dry finish. Medium body, light sparkly, chewy bread. Quite good dessert-weizen.

(Bottle at Pikkulintu, Helsinki, on 2009-05-14) Yellow and hazy. Largish white head that lasts quite long. Banana and fruitiness in aroma. Medium bodied palate with medium carbonation. Fruitiness, banana, malts, bitterness and lightly butter in taste. Fruity and sweet aftertaste.

Bottled@Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Hazy orange colour, huge creamy white head. Aroma is wheat, citrus, yeast and some toffeeish notes. Flavour is wheat, toffee, some caramel, fruity and berryish notes, Quite nice weissbier.

Bottle swing top 50cl @ Home.[ Trade with Maria ]. Unclear medium to dark yellow color with a large, frothy, good lancing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (080608)

Bügelverschlußflasche: Unclear, quickly collapsing off-white head; shy bananas, lemons and some cloves in the nose; moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, light bodied; tart and fruity, but all in all mild finish with a detectable acidity. Not absolutely convincing.........

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Pale golden, creamy head. Light banana aroma. Sweet with rounded mouthfeel. Solidly malty with a thin layer of esters and notes of lemon. Pretty decent hefeweizen.
