pitch black color. Truffles, dark chocolate, dark fruit, light oak and whiskey character. Smooth palate, slightly boozy, roasted malt, dark chocolate, plums. Amazing mouthfeel and depth but barrel character was not as strong as it could have been. Still a great beer
