The lowest ABV we’ve dared to adventure to, but with 2 years of Summer to catch up on it’s definitely needed. Sweet tropical flavours from mango to lychee, balanced with subtle spice and bitterness and a lasting finish of Nelson.
Hops: Topaz, Nelson Sauvin, El Dorado, Citra

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - milky yellow with a snow white, fluffy head. Nose - pungent guava and light pine. Taste - overripe melon, guava again and some green hop bitterness. Palate - light bodied, creamy texture, bitter green hop finish. Overall - I think this will be better when it has had another 6 months in the can. The green hop is a touch challenging.
