On the day I'm drinking this beer, 58 years ago the Beatles single 'Strawberry Fields' was sat at number 23 in the UK chart, on its way down from its peak at number 2. This single can from Vault City is about as sweet as it can get for the fruit for a sour, the combination is quite good too. Lots of fruit in aroma too.

uklar orangerosa med masse skum. Lukter tydelig jordbær og vanilje. Lett syrlig med smak av jordbær, sitrus syltetøy og vanilje. Frisk og fizzy i munnfølelse. Likte denne:-)

440ml can. Hazy peach pink with a horrendously large pink head which I had to eat to get rid of it. Aroma of strawberries and a small amount of cream. Taste of fresh strawberries, light sweet and sour, light vanilla. Light-medium body. Lacking in intensity but for a session sour it's really decent.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Murky pink-orange. Pickled vegetables, sulphur, fruitiness, sourish.

Keg at the Wee Vault. Pours hazy pink with a thick off-white head. Aromas of sour funk and strawberry Taste is more of the same. Funky finish.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - deep watermelon pink. Snow-white head. Nose - luscious strawberry with a lightly sour edge. Taste - much the same. Palate - light bodied, decent texture with a dry and sour finish. Overall - good even if strawberry is not the best fruit for a sour.

Keg at the wee vault. Pours hazy pinkish, nose is strawberry, funk, taste is juicy, sickly strawberry, sweet.
