No triple fruiting, no lactose, we’ve stripped it right back to the traditional German style. 50% wheat in the grist, salt, coriander seed, a light souring and added twist of Norwegian Kveik make for a light, rounded and incredibly refreshing beer with a touch of clean citrus zest on the finish. Запах весьма классический в стиле и весьма кислый, даже очень. Цвет бледный, легкая мутность, почти пенки нету. Вкус снова очень кислый, соль на месте, но кислота прямо лимонная которая все перебивает. Цитрусовые составляющие. При глотке снова ударная кислота. Есть еще какие то составляющая, непонятная, возможно нотка специй. В целом в стиль, но слишком просто и кисло.

440ml can. Hazy golden, small white head. Aroma of sour citrus. Taste is slightly sour, salty, zesty citrus, yoghurt like sourness. Decent trad Gose, glad they finally brewed a TFG without the TF.
