TCBW2024. Amber colour with no head. Aroma is blackcurrant, some mild honey, a bit wooden tones too. Flavour is mainly honey and blackcurrant. Nicely sparkling.

tastes like a sparkling blackberry wine. Very amazing in the mouthfeel, acidity and fruit. One of the best sparkling meads I’ve ever had. Mind blowing
