Cask at the Wharf, Aalborg. It pours a clear golden body with a thin layer of white bubbles. Looking delicious. Pineapple and grapefruit on the nose, with malt in the background. Quite weak but pleasant. Nice fruity flavor with some lemon and a touch of grapefruit and pineapple. A little malt too. There’s some bitterness towards the finish. Medium body. Good drinkability and refreshing, but quite ordinary. (081022)

Cask conditioned at Cockney Pub, Århus
Blond color, thin head. I can’t find wheat presence here; it’s mild, simple, but with some light fresh aroma, citrusy, with some malt flavor (almost crispy) and a quite strong bitterness. Drinkable.

Århus2008. 50 cL bottle, came as OHanlons Wheat Beer. Pours cloudy yellow with a fully diminishing and then lacing white head. Mild yet nicely hoppy aroma. Sweet flavour with a light hoppy fruit note. Ends mild fruity and light bitter. This beer obviosly hold more hops that wheat, I assume the wheat is there for the body and not aroma nor flavor. Simple, yet nice and refreshing.6-3-6-3-12=3.0
From cask at Charlies. Pours cloudy to hazy yellow/orange with a lacing off-white head. Hops fruity and vague estery aroma. Flavour starts sweet hops fruity and gives away a mild ester wheat note. Goes slight bitter. Lingering fruity and biter dry finish. A bit flat.7-3-7-3-13=3.3

Bottle from Sainsbury, Kidlington 12-09-07 Poured hazy golden with white head. Wheat and vanilla on the nose, less of wheaty taste in mouth but vanilla again plus some spices, not bad.
