Bottle at home. Pours deep, surprisingly clean golden with thick head. Nose is hoppy, mainly spices and herbs come through but there's some boozy sweetness in there too. In taste it's sweetish first, showing honey, floral and fruity character and then it turns into spicy, moderately bitter hops. Closes with faint bitterness, has light body and average carbo. Mosaic is one of my favourite hops of all, so this really hit the spot for me.

Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is quite weedy and hoppy with sweetish tropical fruits, grass, mango, passionfruit, candied orange, soft floral notes, onions, pale malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Body is medium. Soft flavoured with a lovely hoppy weedy fruity aroma, good Mosaic showcase.

An slightly orange beer, a head is blond and medium. Aroma is brilliant, papaiya, passion, pineapple, mandarin. Taste has papaiya, grapefruit, medium bitterness. Medium bodied, fluffy. Greatly fresh and fruitful.
