Our good pals at Track joined us to brew an IPA using two incredibly fruity and expressive yeast strains – London Fog and Tropical Paradise – along with silly amounts of the very best Citra, Citra Cryo, HBC 630 and Nelson Sauvin we could lay our hands on.

440ml Can - Murky light orange with a foamy head. Cat piss, grapefruit, pineapple and white grapes in the aroma. Hoppy and slightly tangy taste with grapefruit, orange, passion fruit and gooseberries.

Pours hazy yellow with athick head. Fruity aroma of passion fruit, pine apple, goose berries and nettles. Fruity and lactic flavour with notes of lemons, lime, pith, mango and dragon fruit.

Can at home, 15th March 25. Pours yellow and opaque. Aroma is lemonade and lemons, pith. Taste is bright, lemons and grapefruit pith, very good

Draft at Heist Beer Company. Hazy yellow pour, small frothy white head. Citrusy aroma, grapefruit, fruity. Taste is citrus forward, with lots of other complimentary fruity flavors, kiwi and berries. Finishes dry.

Very pale. Very hazy. Fluffy head. It's extremely mild in flavour but also a simple thirst quencher. Ok.

440ml can. Opaque yellow, white head. Aroma of grapefruit, pithy citrus, berries. Taste of very pithy citrus, berry fruits, gooseberry, peachy and a little dank, more pithy grapefruit and a dry, bitter finish.
