Bottle. Clear golden pour with a medium white head that has fair retention. The aroma is mild cloves and yeasts. The taste like the aroma, is cloves, yeast, bananas, and breads. The palate is full with lively carbonation. Finishes short with spiced breads. Overall: decent but unexciting. .

I always though it odd, Unibroue owned by a megabrewy, and right next door in Quebec, but so many of their beers unavailable here. Lovely esters of clove and banana. Bready malts mildly sweet. It's good. Bottle from a mix pack from the Beer Store in Toronto

Hazy golden coloured, medium sized white head, yeasty and mild spicy nose. Sweetish malty, wheaty, yeasty, mild caramel and notes of coriander with sweetish finish. Moderate carbonation.

0.341 l bottle shared with Ogi, thanks! Hazy dark golden, small off-white head. Yeasty, doughy, estery, berries, also corriander. Other spices and malts underneath. Light body, very high carbonation, some sweetness, malts, spices. Drinkable, slightly tart, light finish.

Bottle from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clearish, glowing straw gold with a full two fingers of foam that lingers. Lovely aromas of citrus zest, wheat, coriander and white peppercorn. Palate is very similar with wheat, pepper, clove and coriander all present. Balanced with a nice spicy finish that keeps you coming back for more.
