Last month we hosted our good pals from Burnt Mill Brewery to brew the fourth version of our Big Thaw collaboration project!
Brewed this year with a blend of our classic Belgian/German Pils malt, Cara50 and Biscuit malt before adding Magnum, Simcoe, Centennial and Chinook hops for tropical flavours of mango and tangerine. Dry hopped with a touch of El Dorado for an aromatic hit of juicy peaches and a resinous finish.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Clear golden body with an off-white head. Low carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of pine, lemons zest and marmalade. Flavour of orange peel and pine. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. A classic west coast IPA.

440ml can. Clear golden amber, white head. Aroma of resin, pine, grapefruit peel. Taste is citrusy, orange, grapefruit, marmalade, caramel malts, slightly tropical as well, bitter finish. Another very solid entry to the series.
