Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Hazy golden. Stale hops, marmalade, cardboard, alcohol, very bitter.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - copper with a neat white head. Nose - pineapple, cake and candied orange. Taste - raisin, cake, orange and then proper pine bitterness. Palate - medium bodied, sweet middle and very bitter finish. Overall - good in the end.

Can at home, shared with Angus, 16th May 2023. Pours clearish, orange golden. Aroma is heavy resinous and citrus. Taste is heavy bitter, grapefruit and pith loaded with pine resins, no sign of the hearty ABV, fantastic proper west coast beast.

440ml can. Slightly hazy amber gold, white head. Aroma is super resinous, piney, grapefruit. Taste is massively resinous, piney, grapefruit, citrusy, some marmalade, sweet malts, immensely bitter. Fuck yes. Finally a brewer doing the west coast justice! Love everything about this!

Tight foamy off white head stayed on hazy dark amber coloured body. Huge aroma of malt, marmalade & hops. Medium to full, sharp on the tongue with a thicker cloying back. Malt, caramel, pith, grapefruit & marmalade tastes with huge hop hit on the finish. Hop burn extreme.
