Yeast is a wonderful thing, and can massively change your beer experience. For these two beers, Dance First, & Think Later you'll notice a new logo; TH+ which signifies our exploration into Thiolised yeast. We teamed up with the good people at WHC Lab and used their Hop Unlock yeast which is taking the industry by storm. We've dramatically changed the way these beers were dry hopped to take advantage of the bound thiols and unlock flavour profiles we wouldn't be able to by using our house yeast and usual dry hopping techniques. This version is hopped with Motueka, so expect its usual bright and zesty lime profile, amongst some more unusual characteristics not usually associated with a Track Pale Ale.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 16/05/23. Hazed orange with a good sixed lasting just off white head. Nose is orange zest, resinous citric fruits, pine, papaya, guava, stoned fruits. Taste comprises citric sherbets, ripe melon, papaya, pine resin, guava, mango, mixed tropical fruit esters, lime zest. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness. Interesting pale ... a bit different.

28/4/2023. Can shared by ITFCDan, from Hopsters Ipswich. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, grapefruit, flowers, herbs, lime and rubbery pine. Medium sweetness and light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slightly oily, average carbonation. Nicely done.

440ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of lime. Taste is really juicy and citrusy, mostly lime, lemon, low bitterness. An excellent pale. Curious what the unusual characteristics were supposed to be though!
