440ml can. Clear amber, off-white head. Aroma of piney resinous hops, grapefruit, caramel, marmalade. Taste of prominent piney resinous hops, grapefruit, orange, marmalade, biscuity malts, caramel, strong bitter finish. Yes. A WC IPA that looks and tastes like a WC IPA, and a very well brewed one at that!

Can at home, New Years Eve 2022, pours pretty clear and light caramel in colour. Aroma aromatic, citrus, floral. Taste is clearly centennial hops, one of my favourites, clean, aromatic and floral, pine and resin, some grapefruit, bittersweet finish. Stunning Westie from Beak, loving the come back of the style that started it all.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Clear deep golden body with an off-white head. Lively carbonation. Aroma of toffee, lychee, dried mango and pine. Flavour of tinned pineapple, blood orange and caramel. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Light fizz. This is a truly excellent west coast IPA. Go Beak. Hopefully thereโll be more west coast IPAs like this to come from this brilliant brewery.
