Vienna and caramel malts provide a rich backbone as Amarillo, Centennial and Cascade hops come to the forefront. Citrus, pine and grapefruit flavors to taste. Dry hopped with Pacific Jade and Amarillo to add notes of tangerine, blackberry and pepper for aroma.

Pours clear amber with a lingering off white head. Mild aroma of caramel malt and hop resin. The flavor is well hopped and very caramelly. It has an extended finish of caramel and hops bitterness. It’s fairly good though to me it mostly lacks the more fruity notes common in many American style IPA and has just a little pine.

Great fresh hops aroma on nose here. Fresh pine and light grapefruit. Hazy orange pour. Bitter finish. Malt aroma has something a little off like eyelid twitches. Tap at brewpub.
