Robustní IPA s intenzivní hořkostí, dobře zakomponovanou do sladového těla. V hořkosti převládá charakterem grepu a pryskyřic, díky americké chmelové klasice SIMCOE. Australský chmel ECLIPSE spolu s pořádnou dávkou chmele MOSAIC na studené chmelení přináší ve vůni svěží linku citrusové kůry, mandarinek a jehličí. Tohle je náš pohled na moderní West Coast.

Tap at Pivstro. Lightly hazy dark amber body, thick off-white head. Creamy, mildly buttery tropical-peachy aroma, mildly floral. Dry taste, citric, mildly socky, herbal, lightly tart, some malty touches, peach notes, bitterish finish. A mess that manages to create some sense as a whole, even if it's flawed.
