Dark nut brown color, small steady beige head. Strong, strong aroma of toffee and diacetyl. Medium-bodied. Flavor has also diacetyl but it is not sweet brew. Some caramel, bready malts, balsamico. Strange dark kellerbier.

Swing-top bottle. Sweet molasses malt aroma. Dark brown color with large head and nice lacing. Sweet molasses malt flavor with a metallic aftertaste. Unique - a dark and pretty sweet Kellerbier - just wish it had more flavor.

(swing top bottle) Slightly hazy, mahogany colour with a small eggshell-coloured layer. Sweet malty, bready nose with dark berries and dust. Light bitter flavour with a shy fruitiness, light to medium body, soft carbonation. Soft, malt-accented mouthfeel, light notes of caramel, faint honeyish fruits and dried ones in the aftertaste, accompanied with traces of metal. Still solid.
