Can Day 13, Loz's Beer Republic Advent Calendar, Wednesday had this a day late on 14th December 2024, listening to Low - Christmas and now Fleet Foxes debut album, both are a beautiful listen. We're cooking a Dishoom Keema Pau, with Pilau Rice and Poppadoms. Pours warm gold with a large billowing white head. Piney Aroma with a light touch of citrus. Thick in the mouth, big maltiness, it's sweet and with a bitterness but it's very typical of the style, resinous but also a little citrus. Good and just pips my Zichovec 12 Tradition.

A real bitter kick into the finish. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. A polite DWestie.
