Bottle @MBCC2023, Red Session. Clear dark red, small pink head. Horse and mild sweet rosemary aroma. Sourish flavour, berry sweetness, light horse and just a little rosemary.

Bottle sample at a Lobster's tasting at Porter & Sons. Deep red. Cherries, rosemary, funk, wood, spiciness, cobwebs.

Clear purple red colour, pinkish head. Aroma of red berries, beetroot, red berries. Taste of red grapes, red fruits, cherries, beetroot.

Flaska från Pellicle, 2023. Tjusigt knallröd/lilaröd med rosa krona. Oerhört tjusig i glaset. Rejält kryddig i doften inledningsvis, påminner om Bokke med nejlika och liknande i. I smaken körsbär, lite syltigt, med kryddigheten mer i botten. Kommer fram tydligare att det är rosmarin. Ger en snygg fyllighet i smaken. Växer bra i glaset. Gott och kul.

Drucken från flaska på MBCC-23. Mjuk och fin körsbärslambic med enbtouch rosmarin, lätt funkig, ganska snäll. Mycket gott
From backlog. Taster from Bottle at MBCC 23, Copenhagen. Reddish with little pinkish head. Funky, cherries, sour, oak, yeast.

Draught @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2023 (MBCC). Floral and sweetish with some tartness, fruits and berries, mild sourness.
