The latest addition to our core-beer line-up, Hi-Fi, is a Hazy IPA designed for good vibrations and to keep the party at the perfect volume all night long.
Over the past 2 years we’ve brewed over 20 small-batch IPAs and Hazy beauties, this one is the culmination of all that learning! It’s got the soft mouthfeel that we’ve been working on with our new water system, the cold whirlpool technique that we’ve been using to keep those grassy flavours at bay, plus a blend of Azacca, Mosaic and Cashmere hops to keep the bitterness low and the juiciness high! The experimenting and tinkering has been paying off and we can say this Hazy IPA hit all the right notes.

Opaque, pale. Nice citrusy hop with a bit of mango. Soft pale malt, moderate bitterness. Stone fruit in the finish. Decent.

16oz shared with Alex @ Alouette Campground on Day 5 during the lunch in the middle of packing.
Aroma: fruity, flowery, a bit earthy.
Taste: juicy, some sweetness, full-bodied, has some weird flowery aftertaste.
Overall: it's better than Wave Pool, but still just not bad.

Can shared by Jeff, thanks! Pours a hazy yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has melon and earthy citrus with a bit of peach and sweet grains underlying. Flavor has dank sweet citrus and peaches with some earthy melon and light sweet grains backing.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with a small, creamy, long lasting, white head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, pineapple, mango, orange, faint coconut and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, tangerine, pineapple, papaya, mango, coconut, earthy yeast, light oats and piney hops in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with a soft, oily, almost creamy texture and average carbonation. Juicy and delicious.
