Gusher. Erhöhte Karbonisierung, leicht karamellig, deutliche Herbe. Süffig, harmonisch, wenig getreidig. Ansteigend bitter zum Ende. 7/10/8/9/8/9

Clear deep golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild sweet pale malt, biscuit, straw. Taste of biscuit malt, grains, moderate bitterness.

Can picked up from Craftbier webshop and consumed at home Friday 6th October 2023, listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music cooking Minced Beef and Cheese Pies (one of our favourites). The beer pours mid gold with a slim white head, some chewy caramel, not sure about the aroma, it's a little clinical clean, plasticy. Taste is fine, I've already mentioned caramel but there is a nice soft carbonation, sweetness is fine, it's the aroma that I have a big issue with.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, orangey golden colour with small to average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy and piney hoppy, slightly funky, bretty and caramel malty aroma, hints of Hubba Bubba bubblegum, long drop, a touch of liquorice root, aniseed. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty, mildly bretty funky, spicy and fruity, hints of bubblegum, long drop, aniseed, liquorice root, hoppy hints of mandarine and orange; fine, prickly carbonation. Probably a felicitious case of infection. Very - very tasty!
