Can. A light haze on this yellow gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Airy pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Strata hops presenting here with light crisp pine and light and fairly bright tropical fruits. Whisper of skunk and a trace of floral soapiness. Light crisp finish, leaves a modest hop spice nibble. Fine. But this brew is a good example of why I am starting to think that Strata will be a dud in the long run. Very few brews I've had of late have had any passion fruit and I ask myself, without that unique property, what is the point of this hop? Perhaps it is already suffering from contracted out terroir issues. Don't know! I do know, I am no longer excited to see this hop in a hoppy beer.
