Draught at Protokoll. Good fruity aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour is sweet and fruity. Medium bitterness to begin with. Gets more bitter later on. Good to begin with, but a bit rough around the edges. 737315

Draught @ Protokoll, Berlin. Pours hazy orange amber with stable white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with estery and fruity notes. Bitter, hoppy and grassy flavour with sweetish notes of fruit, malt, and yeast. Bitter aftertaste with estery and malty touches. A nice one, well-balanced and tasty.

On tap. Reddish amber color, slightly yellowish foam. Aroma: sweet, hay, flowers, fruits and pine. Taste: candy, malt, nectar, fruit, citrus, pine, a bit earthy, good hop bitterness. New brew (2018) is golden, more fresher and juicy, very good.
