Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma of dark chocolate, caramel, milk coffee, leather and faint smoke. Pours pitch black color with thin creamy brown head and floating yeast particles. Taste starts with medium sweet chocolate and roasted malt, follows by coffee, nuts and faint dried fruit, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is average bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and soft carbonation in palate. Catcher in the rye…

bottle. beautiful somewhat mild aroma of roasted malts, rye malts, chocolate,(faint) dark caramel, sweet nuts. complex and inviting aroma. If only it was a bit stronger. still... super nice. flavor is strong. roasted malts, wood, woody bitterness, herbal bitterness probably from hops, stone caramel, honey, something resembling coffee but is probably not coffee. a very bitter roasted malty flavor, very complex, a bit too nutty and herbal bitter for my taste, but really good , i must admit. also a faint , faint sweet dark fruity note as the one you might find in a good belgian quad.

Almost black, a head is medium and beige. Aroma has liquorice, chocolate, some roastiness and coffee. Taste has maltyness, coffee, some dark chocolate and liquorice, hint of roughness of rye. Medium+ bodied. Smooth of maltyness, interesting enough, nicely complex. Very nice beer.

Ciemna barwa, piana koloru beżowego, intensywne jednak opada bez śladu. W aromacie wyczuwalny nuty gorzkiej czekolady, kawy, razowego chleba. W smaku bardzo podobnie do aromatu, pełne, goryczka na średnim w kierunku wysokiego poziomie, alkohol niewyczuwalny.
