He is a ruler, an overlord, a top dog, a crowned head. In the realm of all that is tart and sour, Jelly King reigns supreme.
Rather than choosing between sour or hoppy, we decided to create a beer that would be both at the same time. Showcasing the aromatic benefits of a generous dry hop, harnessing the prowess of lactic acidity, and coming to a bottle near you without a pesky slumber in oak, Jelly King is the fermented embodiment of immediate gratification.
What it smells like, what it tastes like, what it looks like: Refreshingly tart base, punchy hop aromatics and lots of bright, fruity flavours.

Bouteille 500ml, gracieuseté de msjpearson, Thanks Mike! Couleur jaune opaque, mousse beige pâle fugace. Arôme de fruit de la passion, goyave, houblon résineux, un peu dank. Goût de fruit de la passion, acidité moyenne-élevée, amertume moyenne, houblon résineux, malt, mangue. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

A murky milky golden amber ale with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light acidity, tropical fruit, light guava paste, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice tart sweet fruity mix of guava, mango, orange pulp, light acidity, very nice and refreshing. On tap at Brother's Beer Bistro.

(bottle) cloudy yellow orange colour with a small white head; aroma of passion fruit, sourness, then grapefruit; sour flavour with a long, medium sour and then light bitter finish
