He is a ruler, an overlord, a top dog, a crowned head. In the realm of all that is tart and sour, Jelly King reigns supreme.
Rather than choosing between sour or hoppy, we decided to create a beer that would be both at the same time. Showcasing the aromatic benefits of a generous dry hop, harnessing the prowess of lactic acidity, and coming to a bottle near you without a pesky slumber in oak, Jelly King is the fermented embodiment of immediate gratification.
What it smells like, what it tastes like, what it looks like: Refreshingly tart base, punchy hop aromatics and lots of bright, fruity flavours.

Huge passion fruit guava aroma, with light stone fruit and citrus zest. Nice and tart, spectacular guava and passionfruit flavours, with copious amounts of grapefruit.. Incredible stuff, one of the best ones yet.

Lightly hazy yellow, white head. Passionfruit nose, punchy with some herbs, stinky melon. Flavor is heavy on melon and on passionfruit. Thin finish.

Bottle from Cloudwater, in the garden, 13th June 2023. Pours clear orange golden. Aroma is tart fruit, passionfruit and mangoes. Taste is tart to sour, mango, lots of passionfruit, light funk and refreshing, good beer, but nothing takes me to the heights of the raspberry version

Pours hazed yellow, medium sized, soapy white head. Scent is mango-forward, fruity. Taste is surprisingly tart and dry - as I expected a pastry style, this was quite a surprise - it truly isn't a pastry to me. fun and refreshing, yet very simple fruitpuree over lactic acid simplicity.

Dorée pâle, col fin blanc.
Arôme au nez marqué par le fruité tropical, la goyave domine avec son nez particulier suivi par un côté mangue et fruit de la passion plus discret.
Palais sur une effervescence moyenne, fine aigreur avec un effet purée de goyave dominante, léger fruit de la passion qui remet un peu d'acidité - élément fruité un peu vert-sour en fin de bouche.

Cloudy blond yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, lots of mango and passion fruit all right. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, lemony, acidic, some grapefruit, juicy, a little bitter, tropical fruits, passion fruits, a little funky. Aftertaste: sourish, tropical fruits, nice and juicy, good stuff!
